From the mixture of pure juice of plum with pure alcohol, a natural infusion is gotten, essential for a full-bodied product, harmonic, with a delicate perfume and a characteristic taste.

  • Distillation

    Alembic with a steam-fired discontinuous artisanal system.
  • Organoleptic Features

    Colour: amber colour, extending to the plum.
    Aroma: intense, characteristic of the fresh fruit, fragrant.
    Taste: soft, velvety, remembering macaroon and characteristic of the fruit of origin.

  • Alcohol Content

    30% Vol.

  • Serving Temperature

    Between 10°C and 14°C, though during the summer months lower temperatures are advised. It is best served slightly chilled
