Before tasting Grappa, it should be left to breathe for short time, allowing you to appreciate the correct balance between the scent and taste of this distilled spirit
When the lemon juice, lemon peel and the lemon extract, collected in occluded boxes, come in Distillery, they are blended with alcool buongusto, some sugar and aromatic extracts to obtain the right organoleptic balance.
Colour: intense yellow, cloudy related to the "pasta limone" used as natural aroma
Aroma: intense, fruity as the fresh fruit
Taste: soft, velvety, intense like the fresh lemon fruit
28% Vol.
Between 10°C and 14°C, though during the summer months lower temperatures are advised. It is best served slightly chilled
