Bombardino is a traditional product of people living on the mountains. It' smaid of eggs, milk, sugar and alcool and was used as build up, because rich in vitamins and proteins.

    Colour: yellow intense.
    Aroma: intense, eggs and fresh milk smell, rum.
    Taste: soft, velvety, intense, pleasant.

    17% Vol.

  • Serving Temperature

    During the summer months, it is best served slightly chilled as after-dinner, or like ice cream topping. While during the winter months it can be heated “water bath” and served with coffee and whipped cream as dessert
