Quality cru pomace of the Müller Thurgau Trentino grape, cultivated in the Cembra Valley, harvested fresh and moist for distillation.
Colour: bright and transparent.
Aroma: intense, floral, with a slight aromatic scent.
Taste: dry, persistent and pleasently fresh.
Between 12°C and 14°C, though during the summer months lower temperatures are advised.
Before tasting Grappa, it should be left to breathe for short time, allowing you to appreciate the correct balance between the scent and taste of this distilled spirit
