This Grappa is gotten by the wise union of the Grappino® Bertagnolli with the buds of the pine mugo that grows on the mountains of the Trentino above the 1800-2000 meters.The contained resin in abundant quantity in the buds in spring put in infusion with the Grappa confers to the product a taste and a particular aroma.

  • Pomace

    Quality pomace of Teroldego and other grapes from the vineyards of Trentino, harvested fresh and moist for distillation, combined with the buds of Mugo Pine

  • Distillation

    Alembic with a steam-fired discontinuous artisanal system.
  • Organoleptic Features

    Colour: intense green and brown, given by the infusion of the buds of Mugo Pine
    Aroma: intense, characteristic, with a slight hint of Mugo Pin
    Taste: soft, velvety, characteristic, pleasant and resinous

  • Alcohol Content

    40% Vol.

  • Serving Temperature

    Between 12°C and 14°C, though during the summer months lower temperatures are advised
