Aroma: delicate and clean, it establishes a harmony between the characteristic and fruity scents of the grappa, with those more delicate and sweet ones of the brandy
Taste: fruity, delicate, prolonged by a pleasant sensation of sweetness; in the aftertaste we can distinguish the typical ﬂavours acquired by the aging-process (vanilla, chocolate and cocoa)
