AMA Grappa Riserva Amarone

AMA is obtained by the distillation of dried pomace of Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grapes from the vineyards of Valpolicella. AMA is aged for over 24 months in fine French oak barrels

  • Pomace

    Quality pomace of the Amarone Valpolicella sun-dried grapes (Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella), harvested fresh and moist for distillation

  • Distillation

    Alembic with a steam-fired discontinuous artisanal system.
  • Natural Aging

    Over 24 months in fine French oak barrels. Bottled without the addition of flavours or caramel
  • Organoleptic Features

    Colour: bright amber
    Aroma: intense, particularly fruity despite aging in barrels
    Taste: intense, with a pleasing texture and slight hints of the ripe fruit

  • Alcohol Content

    40% Vol.

  • Serving Temperature

    Between 14°C and 17°C, though during the summer months lower temperatures are advised.
