Bio Organic Grappa is produced organically according to Regulation CE 834/2007. Numbered bottling; the gift pack is made of 100% recycled paper

  • Pomace

    Quality organic pomace of Teroldego Trentino (from Azienda Agricola Foradori) and Amarone Valpolicella (from Azienda Agricola Trabucchi d’Illasi), harvested fresh and moist for distillation

  • Distillation

    Alembic with a steam-fired discontinuous artisanal system.
  • Natural Aging

    Up to 12 months in barriques of Allier and Limousine oak. Bottled without the addition of flavours or caramel
  • Organoleptic Features

    Colour: rich straw yellow, close to amber
    Aroma: typical of aging in barriques, vanilla flavoured, fragrant, persistent
    Taste: velvety, smooth, harmonious

  • Alcohol Content

    40% Vol.

  • Serving Temperature

    Between 12°C and 14°C.
