- 2 cl white tequila
- 2 cl GiBi Grappa Brandy Bertagnolli
- 2 cl freshly-squeezed orange juice
- Tomato juice
- Red Hawaiian salt (Alaea Rouge)
- Red fruits
- Black pepper
Using the ‘stir and strain’ technique mix the tequila and GiBi Grappa Brandy Bertagnolli in a mixing-glass and chill. Take a medium-sized tumbler and pack with ice and add the strained orange juice. Add the chilled tequila and the GiBi Grappa Brandy Bertagnolli from the mixing glass. Top off with the tomato juice, and a few red fruits and a sprinkling of ground black pepper.
