The unmistakable fragrance of finely selected pomace obtained from the Amarone grape, grown in the original Valpolicella production zone

    Quality pomace of the Amarone Valpolicella sun-dried grapes (Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella), harvested fresh and moist for distillation

    Alembic with a steam-fired discontinuous artisanal system.
  • Organoleptic Features

    Colour: brilliant trasparent.
    Aroma: intense, soft and characteristic of Amarone Valpolicella grape
    Taste: intense, slightly fruity, armonic, fragrant and pleasantly persistent

  • Alcohol Content

    42% Vol.

  • Serving Temperature

    Between 12°C and 14°C, though during the summer months lower temperatures are advised.
