INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cl freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbs fresh egg white
  • 1 cl Grappino® Oro Bertagnolli
  • 4 cl lychee juice
  • White sugar
  • Stick of vanilla
  • A few edible flowers

 

PREPARATION

Into a Boston shaker add: all the ingredients apart from the vanilla stick which will be used as decoration and to scent the finished cocktail.

Shake.

Coat the rim of a medium-sized tumbler with sugar and pour in the shaken cocktail.

Decorate with the vanilla stick and the edible flowers.
