- 3 cl Gin Mare (Mediterannean Gin)
- 1 cl Grappa Gewürztraminer Bertagnolli
- Slice of lemon
- Tonic water (to top off)
- Splash of Rosolio Bertagnolli liqueur
Like a gin and tonic but fresher, trendier and lighter being served in a highball glass.
Add ice to the highball and pass a cut lemon around the rim. Add: the Gin Mare, the Gewürztraminer Bertagnolli grappa, top up with tonic and add the splash of Rosolio Bertagnolli liqueur. The finishing touch of the Rosolio Bertagnolli liqueur gives the cocktail its delicate colour, softening the flavour and enhancing the overall delicacy of the drink.
