- In & out of Grappa Gewürztraminer Bertagnolli
- 1,5 cl Martini Extra Dry
- 6 cl Vodka (of choice – we suggest SKYY Vodka for this cocktail)
- 1 green olive dipped in in White Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil (we suggest the Savini Tartuﬁ brand of oil, the ‘best of the best’ for this recipe)
In a mixing-glass coat the ice with Grappa Gewürztraminer Bertagnolli grappa using a stirrer. Pour away the grappa. Add the Martini Extra Dry and the vodka to the perfumed ice. Mix. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass. Decorate with a green olived dipped in White Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
