- 2 cl freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 2 cl honey syrup (dissolved in hot water: one part water, one part honey)
- 5 cl Grappa di Nosiola Bertagnolli
- Fresh rosemary
Place all the ingredients into a mixing-glass. Stir. Dilute with crushed ice. This way the ingredients get gently mixed together.
Scent a low ball glass by burning some fresh rosemary in it (using a smoking gun).
Strain into the low ball glass.
Garnish the cocktail with rosemary (better if toasted) and a slice of lime.
