- 1 cl freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbs fresh egg white
- 1 cl Grappino® Oro Bertagnolli
- 4 cl lychee juice
- White sugar
- Stick of vanilla
- A few edible flowers
Into a Boston shaker add: all the ingredients apart from the vanilla stick which will be used as decoration and to scent the finished cocktail.
Coat the rim of a medium-sized tumbler with sugar and pour in the shaken cocktail.
Decorate with the vanilla stick and the edible flowers.
