- 2 cl lime juice
- 2 cl Gin Mare (Mediterannean Gin)
- 1 tbs fresh egg white
- 1 cl Grappa Gewürtztraminer Bertagnolli
- Ginger beer
Into a Boston add: the lime juice, the Gin Mare, egg white and the Grappa Gewürztraminer Bertagnolli.
Strain into a medium-sized tumbler already containing ice. Top up with ginger beer.
Decorate with the oyster, a slice of lime and mint leaves. The decoration will enhance both the tang of the gin and the aroma of the Gewürztraminer Bertagnolli grappa. As a finishing touch, place a small infusion beside the cocktail of the same flavourings contained in gin, or of rosemary, thyme and basil.
